TopHopYT – Artwork Terms of Use

All artwork, designs, animations, and any other work featured on this website (“Artwork”) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are owned by TopHopYT, unless specified otherwise (for example, if we feature work created by someone else and credit them).

We offer two types of licenses depending on whether the Artwork is obtained for free or purchased:

a) Free Download License

• Personal use only unless a separate written agreement is made.
• Credit is mandatory. You must clearly credit TopHopYT and, where possible, include a link to https://tophopyt.store. Example: Art by TopHopYT – https://tophopyt.store
• You may not use the Artwork for commercial purposes without written permission or purchase of a paid license.
• Personal use includes, but is not limited to:
  • Posting the Artwork on your personal social media accounts with visible credit (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), including monetized accounts, as long as it is not used to promote or sell products, services, or brands
  • Using the Artwork as a phone or computer wallpaper
  • Printing the Artwork for your own home or personal space
  • Including the Artwork in a school or university project (non-commercial)
  • Using the Artwork in a personal hobby project (e.g., scrapbook, non-monetized blog)
  • Sharing the Artwork privately with friends or family (with credit intact)
  • Using the Artwork as an avatar/profile picture on personal accounts (with credit in bio/description where possible)
• You may not redistribute, resell, or claim the Artwork as your own.

b) Paid Download License

• Includes both personal and commercial use rights.
• Credit is appreciated but not required.
• Redistribution, resale, or claiming the Artwork as your own is prohibited.
• You may adapt or modify the Artwork for your project, but you may not sell it, whether in original, modified, or derivative form, as standalone artwork or as a competing product.
• Paid license holders may incorporate the Artwork into larger, original works for resale, provided the Artwork is not the primary or sole focus of the final product.

For free downloads, credit must:

• Include our name: TopHopYT
• Be clearly visible in the project where the Artwork is used
• Where possible, include a link to https://tophopyt.studio
• Be placed in a location that is reasonably noticeable (e.g., in video descriptions, captions, printed credits)

You may not:

• Claim the Artwork as your own creation
• Remove or alter our watermark or signature without permission
• Resell, share, or redistribute the Artwork in any form, whether original, modified, or incorporated into another product, unless your license explicitly allows it
• Use the Artwork in defamatory, illegal, or harmful ways that could damage our reputation
• Train AI models using the Artwork without written permission
